Welcome to Revival, a private RuneScape Classic server (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, and forums (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features you must register for an account using the downloadable in-game client. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Code of Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or defame other users.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, obscene, or infringing content.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes in game mechanics to gain unfair advantage.
• Use cheats, bots, macros, or unauthorized third‑party software.
• Advertise or solicit without our prior written consent.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, temporary or permanent mutes, or in extreme cases a permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

4. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., forum posts, screenshots), but grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and otherwise use it in connection with the Service.
• All code, graphics, logos, text, and software with Revival branding are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without our express permission. This covers but is not limited to the game launcher, website and social branding.
• All naming rights, code, logos, text, graphics and other assets found within the game client or referred to on our website ("RuneScape", RuneScape Classic") are owned by Jagex. We are not affiliated with nor are the producers or publishers.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
• We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.
• We do not, nor will ever take payment or pay for for any content creation, graphics, contributions or anything else related to this project.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revival and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
• Your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
