Bank presets

Bank presets was a tough issue but we finally solved it!

• Fixed bank presets so they work after signing out/in
• Added two more bank presets so you now have four
• Minor bank UI tweaks

Global/world announcements

In Revival RSC, you'll now see global announcements when you achieve a certain skill level or get a drop so you and your friends can celebrate together.

Skill based announcements:

• Hit 99 in a skill
• Hit a max skill total of 1980

Drop based announcements:

• Dragon 2-handed Sword
• Dragon Large Helmet
• Dragon Medium Helmet
• Dragon Shield Left-half

Skillcape buff increases

• Mining cape: 8% > 12%
• Thieving cape: 15% > 17%
• Herblaw cape: 10% > 15%
• Harvesting cape: 20% > 25%
• Smithing cape: 25% > 33%
• Ranged cape: 10% > 12%
• Magic cape: 10% > 15%
• Fletching cape: 20% > 25%

Crown updates and additions

Crown buff increases

• Crown of the artisan: 15% > 20%
• Crown of the items: 10% > 12%

New crown additions

• Added Crown of Decay
• Added Crown of Foliage
