Rare drops

When you receive one of these items, you’ll now see a flashing message and hear a sound, so you won’t need to be staring at your game client. It applies to the following drops:

Dragon 2-handed Sword
Dragon Medium Helmet
Dragon Large Helmet
Cut dragonstone
Dragon Shield Left-half
Tooth half of a key
Loop half of a key

Improvements

Adding an auctioneer to the fishing guild bank
Added an auctioneer to the Port Sarim bank
Added in 'guild messages' which allows you to talk to the Master fisher

Bug fixes

Re-fixed the global rules so you only need to say i_agree
General broken NPC fixes
